2Which data LearnFlip processes

LearnFlip processes the content you create yourself within the app. This includes:

• flashcards
• questions
• answers
• categories
• favourites
• study statistics and study progress
• settings you make within the app

This data is processed and stored on your device. The app does not transmit it to Oops Studios automatically.

3Local storage

LearnFlip stores the data listed above locally in the app storage of your iPhone or iPad. The app uses local storage within the device for this purpose.

Oops Studios does not currently operate its own server on which this study content is stored. Your flashcards are not currently synchronised through a server run by Oops Studios.

4User account

LearnFlip currently requires no user account and no login.

LearnFlip therefore does not collect account data such as a user name, a password or a sign-in email address for a LearnFlip account.

5Import and export

You can export your flashcards from the app and import flashcards into it. Both actions are triggered exclusively by you.

When exporting, you decide through the file and sharing functions of iOS where the file is saved or with whom it is shared. When importing, you select the file to be imported yourself.

Oops Studios does not receive these files automatically.

6In-app purchases and subscriptions

LearnFlip offers paid extensions, available as a monthly subscription, an annual subscription or a one-time purchase.

Payment is processed exclusively through the Apple App Store and Apple StoreKit. Oops Studios does not process any credit card data and receives no direct payment data from you.

Apple may process its own personal data in connection with the App Store and the purchase process. Apple's privacy policy applies to that processing.

7Advertising, tracking and analytics

LearnFlip currently uses:

• no advertising
• no advertising tracking of its own
• no analytics SDK of its own
• no tracking SDK of its own

This does not affect the data processing carried out by Apple in connection with the App Store. See section 9.

8Deleting data

You can delete your flashcards and the associated data directly within the app.

Since LearnFlip currently operates no user account of its own and no server of its own for flashcard data, there is no server-side LearnFlip account at Oops Studios holding this study content that would need to be deleted separately.

If you remove the app from your device, the local app data may be removed with it. This depends on the behaviour of iOS and on any device backups that exist.

9Apple as a third party

LearnFlip is distributed through the Apple App Store. In connection with the App Store, StoreKit, the purchase process and subscriptions, Apple may process its own data.

This processing is outside the control of Oops Studios. Apple's privacy policy applies and is available at apple.com/legal/privacy.

10Changes to this policy

If LearnFlip changes technically — for example through cloud synchronisation, user accounts, analytics functions or additional services — this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

The current version is always available at this address.
